Making every minute count with Mariana
All my mentors were men who taught me very valuable things for my professional growth.
But I haven’t had the chance to work with a woman leader who can share with me her experience and advice on how to keep work and personal life balanced.
It has been very hard to balance everything, especially because I became a mother two years ago. My profession is a very important part of who I am; it’s a big part of what makes me happy. At the same time, my family is my priority.
I try to work in the most efficient way possible, so I can leave the office early and do house chores and also spend quality time with my daughter. I study topics that interest me during my lunch and I listen to audiobooks while commuting. In other words, I try to use every minute of my day.
